National real estate expert Allen Weiss will address Natick Rotary on October 27^th.

 “Unsettled financial markets, a slow recovery and variations in regional economies have created uneven housing prices across the US,” says Allan Weiss, president of Weiss Residential Research of Natick and a noted national authority on real estate pricing. Weiss will share some of his insights on the current and future climate for real estate when he speaks before the Rotary Club of Natick at the Dolphin restaurant on October 27^th at 12:00 noon.

Weiss, a co-founder and former president of Case-Shiller-Weiss, whose Case-Shiller Index has become a bell weather for the US real estate market will talk with Natick Rotarians about his finding and predictions for the rest of the year and into 2016 for real estate. “Using a ‘weather map’ – like model of US residential real estate prices I can show how property can be tracked on a real time basis with the precision of a low pressure front,” said Weiss, whose company is regularly called upon to consult with national firms.

Real estate brokers, bankers, lawyers and others with an interest in the real estate market will want to hear Weiss when he speaks.
