· Home Depot cannot give us ice melt this year. Will do 50 artificial poinsettias instead. We will distribute to residents of the Kindred Eliot skilled nursing facility.
Delivering is this Saturday 12/20 at 9:30. Email Tobe if you are available to help out.
· Andy Meyer – Talked to school committee about rotary projects (Make a Difference, Dictionary project). School committee really appreciates our work

Keys to success: Clear objective, Leadership, volunteer spirit, sufficient resources. Rebuilt furnishings for Temple in Natick – Starting with an Ark for the Torah, growing into many other projects including home and church rehabs. The book is available to purchase.
