About the Campaign
PATH: the Parents’ Association for the Handicapped, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) Public Charity organized and incorporated in 1983 for the purpose of raising funds in support of the therapeutic recreational programs offered by the Town of Natick, in particular, Camp Arrowhead and the Skyline Programs. Children, teens and adults with special needs are offered a safe, nurturing environment in which to build physical and intellectual strength, life skills and much-needed personal relationships. Staff, equipment, transportation and training come at great cost. PATH defrays these expenses to keep the programs affordable and thereby available. Beyond our project for the Camp Nurse and financial support for the many program expenses, PATH will award financial aid via direct-pay camperships including the Annual Ann Breda Campership to a multitude of families so that no one is ever left out. Find us on Facebook at PATH for Natick and see your donations at work on the Camp Arrowhead Website.

I am trying to get my company to match my donation to PATH and they require either a copy of your 501(c)3 document or W9. Can you please send me a copy to process this match?
