SPEAKER

Our speaker, Nicholette Blanco, is a health coach who assists clients with food/health related matters. Nicolette recommends beginning the morning with food high in nutrients as this will serve as a foundation to carry us through the day.

Also recommended: Occasional periods of relaxation, stretching, and moving built into the workday, staying hydrated, eating healthy and natural foods, and avoiding excess sugar. Nicolette offers a 3 month partnering plan to clients for the

development of a healthy eating life style for which she recommends healthy snack ideas, previewing restaurant menus for healthy options for those occasions, and educating clients on the avoidance of unhealthy food items that contain partially

hydrogenated oils and trans fats. Following her very informative program, Nicolette offered all Club members a subscription to her monthly newsletter.

RAFFLE – Bryan’s ticket was chosen by guest speaker Nicolette; however his card selection was the ten of diamonds, not the elusive Queen.
