SPEAKER –

Kerri Salls is the founder and Managing Director of This Way Out Group LLC. The company is proactively assisting owners of private and family held businesses in keeping their eyes on the eventual unwinding of the business. The norm that she is trying to change is that statistically, for 95% of these businesses, the owners will walk away with nothing when they wind up the company’s affairs.

As a prominent exit strategist, Kerri urges that early exit planning be considered almost from the start, as part of a company’s integral strategic plan and business operations. When a client partners with Kerri, then, through collaboration, cooperation, and the coordination of advisors, her approach guarantees a business owner a smooth and correctly run exit from the business. By accelerating growth and maximizing value, an owner can place him or herself in an optimal position for scaling or selling that business, or for passing it down to successors.

Kerri has also authored a number of books, including ‘HARVEST Your Wealth – Exit Essentials for Your Business’.

RAFFLE – Guest speaker Kerri Salls drew the number matching Kenny’s ticket, but Kenny’s selection of the three of clubs was no match for a particular Lady of Red Hearts.
